Bridges across creeks which flow into Lk Awoonga. The trail will provide unmatched views across the lake.

This week saw a major step forward in progressing our proposed Rail Trail.
Our thanks to all who have helped achieve this progress
The interest in, and enhanced experience of seeing the hogbacks in place is remarkable. Leaving these hog-backs in place would would leave a testament to a society and people who lived along the corridor and a way of life now gone.
Our group has been active since before Christmas 2017, and has recently come together as an incorporated association. BBIRT Inc wrote to the Gladstone Observer, and the Central North Burnett Times to outline the position of the new body.
