Membership Duration
Membership is for a period of one financial year, with the following caveats:
- Memberships taken out during the first half of the financial year (1st July to 31st December) will need to be renewed at the end of that financial year (on or after 30th June)
- Memberships taken out during the second half of the financial year (1st January to 30th June) may be extended at no cost for a further 12 months.
- Thereafter, membership renewal will be each twelve months at the end of each financial year.

Electronic Communications

This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier, or email sent with raffle tickets.

Boyne Burnett Inland Rail Trail Inc. attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Boyne Burnett Inland Rail Trail Inc. does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars.
Refund/Returns Policy
If a product offered by Boyne Burnett Inland Rail Trail Inc. itself is not as described, or has a defect or fault, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition (along with proof of purchase) for refund of the purchase price.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not offer refunds for memberships of Boyne Burnett Inland Rail Trail Inc. unless your application for membership is not approved by a meeting of members.
We purchase through Limestone Clothing who apply our logos to caps and shirts. They are available to order in store at Shop 9 / 15 Drynan Drive Calliope 4680.
As the shirts and caps are individually branded with our logo after order, we are unable to offer refunds. Please ensure you order the correct size. If the wrong size is ordered and returned (at your cost) in new condition we may offer it as a “Sale” item in our store and return the funds from sale to you.
