Join us to review our collective achievements and strategically map out our next chapter. The meeting will cover:
- Guest Speaker presentation
- DTMR Annual Update
- President’s Update: 2025/6 Achievements & 2026/7 Plans
- Special 100-Year Milestone: Celebrating the Many Peaks to Barrimoon Railway Centenary
- Committee Elections: All positions will be declared vacant, followed by voting in the new 2026/7 Committee and support management roles.
Share the Load: More Hands Make Lighter Work
To ensure our progress stays consistent, our Management Committee meets online every month. General Meetings for the wider membership are held every two months on the second Friday of the month.
To keep our momentum going without overloading our volunteers, our structural goal is to utilise focused Coordinators. We are actively looking for support roles including:
- Grant Gatherer, Data Analyst & Web/IT Managers
- Social Media & Events Coordinators
- Signage, Maintenance, & Infrastructure Leads
- Membership Coordinators
- Community Group Representatives
By dividing these responsibilities, we share the load—ensuring that more hands make lighter work. Please consider stepping into a coordinator role or joining the committee to help guide the rail trail into its next century.
